Yin Nidra Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow paced practice that calms and balances the mind and body. This practice aids in reducing stress and improves flexibility. Through targeting connective tissue, this form of yoga helps to  release fascia and improves joint mobility. After this class, you'll feel an increase in overall circulation and improvement in your prana (breath).
