We are a training studio that focuses on your needs. We offer personal and group training sessions, yoga classes, HITT training and pre-college nutrition and exercise sessions.
Edie Spadacenta ~ Owner/AFAA Certified Personal Trainer/ PiYo Instructor/200 YTT
Edie has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years training and teaching group fitness classes for adults and children. A native to the CT shoreline area, she has always had a love for fitness and nutrition. While training and teaching Yoga in the Madison and Guilford area for more than 10 years, she was given the opportunity to open e~fitness personal training in the Village Walk area of the Guilford Green, in March 2011.
Bill Leckey ~ Personal Trainer
Lifelong shoreline resident, Bill is experienced in developing exercise programs to increase strength, decrease body fat and develop cardiovascular fitness. Bill attended Southern Connecticut State University where he studied exercise science, and was also a member of the SCSU indoor and outdoor track and field teams. He's available for sports specific training geared towards increasing speed, agility quickness.
Bryce Brown ~ NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Born and raised In Guilford, Bryce has always had an act for helping people. Graduating class of 2012 B.S. B.A. in Management from Western New England University, he has spent two years helping people improve themselves as a football coach, HIIT Instructor, cross fit coach, Olympic weight lifting coach, and personal trainer. On top of all that, he recently got his masters from Sacred Heart University in secondary education. Bryce's devotion to remaining updated in the fitness world is just one of the reasons clients are thankful for his diverse ways and rewarding full body workouts.

Pre-college sessions prepares students for eating healthy and staying fit when they are at school and throughout their adult life. Sessions include follow up training and information during winter, spring and summer breaks.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Sunday's 9-10:15AM & Thursday's 5:30-6:45PM
Tuesday's 5-6:15 PM
Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time to achieve a goal of getting into the connective tissues which will increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.
