Personal Training

Our personal training sessions are either individual or group programs which encompass total body fitness by incorporating strength, balance and flexibility while also encouraging mindful nutrition to reach your individual goals.

Pre-college sessions

Pre-college sessions prepares students for eating healthy and staying fit when they are at school and throughout their adult life. Sessions include follow up training and information during winter, spring and summer breaks.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Sunday's 9-10:15AM & Thursday's 5:30-6:45PM
Yin Yoga
Tuesday's 5-6:15 PM

Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time to achieve a goal of getting into the connective tissues which will increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.
